1. About Selling on LoveLuxeArt
LoveLuxeArt is a marketplace and discovery platform that allows independent sellers and brands to showcase their products and connect with customers.
By registering as a seller, you agree to provide accurate information about your store and products and to manage your seller account and listings responsibly.
LoveLuxeArt provides the platform for product discovery and seller storefronts. Individual sellers remain responsible for their own products and customer transactions.
2. Seller Registration
To become a seller on LoveLuxeArt, you may be asked to provide:
- Store name
- Seller or contact name
- Email address
- Store description
- Logo or profile image
- Store banner, where supported
- Website or primary selling destination
3. Seller Storefront
Approved sellers may create and manage their own LoveLuxeArt storefront.
Depending on the available marketplace features, sellers may be able to:
- Manage their storefront information
- Add and edit products
- Upload product images
- Add product descriptions
- Set product prices
- Select product categories
- Add product tags
- Provide an external purchase URL
4. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for the information provided in their product listings.
Product listings may include product titles, descriptions, images, prices, categories, tags, and other relevant information.
5. Purchases and External Checkout
LoveLuxeArt functions as a marketplace and discovery platform for third-party sellers.
For third-party products, the purchase process may take place on the seller’s own website or selected checkout destination.
6. Seller Responsibility for Transactions
Each seller is responsible for their own transactions with customers.
This includes responsibility for:
- Payments
- Order processing
- Product availability
- Fulfillment
- Shipping
- Returns
- Customer service
7. Shipping and Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders placed through their own selling or checkout destination.
Each seller is responsible for providing customers with applicable shipping information and handling the fulfillment of their products.
LoveLuxeArt does not fulfill third-party seller orders.
8. Returns and Refunds
Sellers are responsible for establishing and managing their own applicable return and refund policies for transactions completed through their own website or checkout destination.
Customers should refer to the seller’s applicable policies and contact the seller regarding returns, refunds, or other order-related concerns.
9. Customer Service
Each seller is responsible for providing customer service relating to their products and transactions.
This includes responding to customer questions and addressing issues relating to orders, payments, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and refunds.
10. LoveLuxeArt Marketplace Role
LoveLuxeArt provides the marketplace environment where sellers can showcase their products and customers can discover and research products from different sellers.
LoveLuxeArt does not process third-party seller transactions or collect commissions from third-party seller sales under the current marketplace model.
11. Seller Account and Access
Sellers must use their own seller account and the frontend seller dashboard provided by LoveLuxeArt.
Seller accounts are separate from normal WordPress administration access. Sellers should not have access to other sellers’ products or the site’s WordPress administration area.
12. Agreement to These Terms
By registering as a seller on LoveLuxeArt, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Seller Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the LoveLuxeArt seller platform.
